Quick Start: First 48 Hours

Easing in matters more than starting fast. Here's how the first two days work so you're not managing eleven products on day one.

Day 1: Foundation

Hydration Reset (Celtic Sea Salt + warm water), Mayan's Secret Tea, AMPK before each meal, all 4 small meals on schedule (last one by 5 PM).

Start Detox Non-Diarrhea on its full 2–3x daily schedule, and begin the 9-Day Liver Cleanse this morning (Day 1 of 9).

Evening: Stress Relief, 1 hour before bed.

Day 2: Add the Rest

Add Lymphatic Flush (morning) and KILLER C (midday). Add Di Bitterz before your second meal.

By the evening of Day 2, you'll be running the full daily schedule.

Watch For

  • Any dumping-syndrome symptoms after the small meals. Note them so we can review patterns together.
  • Headache or fatigue in the first 48 hours usually means more water is needed. Increase sips between doses.
  • If anything feels off, slow down rather than push through. This guide is designed to stretch, not rush.

Before You Begin

  • This protocol is a wellness-support system. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including cancer, diabetes, or hypertension.
  • Do not stop, reduce, or change any prescription medication without your physician's guidance. "Working toward A1C under 6" and "reducing medication needs" are long-term targets to pursue together with your physician, never on your own.
  • Because of dumping syndrome, every meal here is intentionally small. If a meal causes lightheadedness, rapid heartbeat, sweating, or cramping, stop eating, rest, and sip water slowly.
  • Monitor your blood pressure regularly at home and bring readings to your physician.
  • The 3-Day Water Fast and 9-Day Liver Cleanse are more intensive. Get physician clearance before your first fast cycle.

Call 911 / Go To The ER Immediately If

  • Blood pressure reads at or above 180/120.
  • Chest pain, pressure, or shortness of breath.
  • Sudden vision changes, confusion, slurred speech, or facial drooping.
  • Fainting or loss of consciousness.
  • Severe, prolonged vomiting or dehydration signs after a dumping episode.

If Any of the Above Happens

1. Stop all herbal products, the fast, and the liver cleanse immediately.
2. Do not resume any part of the protocol until cleared by a physician.
3. Contact Docta once medically stable, so the protocol can be reviewed and adjusted.

Less Urgent: Contact Docta Within 24 Hours

  • Repeated dumping-syndrome episodes despite the small-meal plan.
  • New or worsening anxiety symptoms.
  • Blood pressure trending upward over several days, even below the emergency threshold.
  • Any product causing a reaction: rash, stomach upset that doesn't resolve, unusual fatigue.

Full brewing steps
  1. Pour 51 oz distilled water into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add 30 tea leaves once boiling. Continue boiling 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and steep at least 2 hours. Water turns orange-brown.
  4. Strain. Save the leaves; reuse for the next batch by adding 30 fresh leaves.
  5. Add a pinch of black pepper before drinking. No sweetener. Drink warm, before 10 AM.

Why 4 Small Meals

Dumping syndrome happens when food, especially sugary or large meals, moves too quickly from the stomach into the small intestine. Four smaller, steady meals reduce that load and are gentler than 2–3 large meals.

Meal-Building Guidelines

Keep each meal small, roughly the size of your cupped hand for solids
Favor protein and healthy fat alongside slower-digesting carbs; minimize concentrated sugar
Sit upright for 20–30 minutes after eating rather than lying down

If a Dumping Episode Happens

  • Stop eating and sit upright.
  • Sip small amounts of plain water slowly, avoiding large gulps.
  • Rest 30–60 minutes before resuming activity.
  • Note the meal, time, and symptoms so patterns can be reviewed with your physician.
  • If symptoms are severe (fainting, chest pain, prolonged vomiting), seek medical care immediately.

Monthly 3-Day Water Fast

Physician Clearance Required First

  • Given your age, blood pressure history, and dumping syndrome, this fast should only begin after your physician has reviewed and cleared it.
  • It does not need to start in the first 30 days; many clients wait until medication and BP are stable with their physician.
  • If cleared, the first fast should be closely supervised, with check-ins logged along the way.

Preparation (1–3 Days Before)

Increase spring water intake gradually
Reduce sugar and processed carbohydrates
Increase healthy fats and protein where comfortable
Begin Celtic Sea Salt and mineral support a few days ahead

Day 1

16 oz spring water + ½ tsp Celtic Sea Salt, morning and evening. Mild hunger is normal. Monitor blood pressure morning and evening.

Day 2

Continue water and Celtic Sea Salt through the day. Light stretching or quiet rest only. Continue BP monitoring.

Day 3

Breaking the Fast: Refeed Slowly

1. First: a small cup of warm broth only.
2. Next meal: a few bites of steamed vegetables or avocado.
3. Following meal: a small portion of light protein with healthy fat, dumping-syndrome-sized, not a full plate.

Stop the Fast Immediately If

  • Blood pressure reads at or above 180/120, or unusually low and you feel faint.
  • Vision changes, chest pain, confusion, or fainting occur.
  • Severe weakness or dizziness prevents standing safely.

Family Support: Breast Cancer History

Deborah's mother and aunt both had breast cancer. This protocol is not a cancer treatment or prevention plan. But we can build a compliant wellness-support routine around that family history.

Share this full family history with your primary care physician and OB/GYN, and confirm your current mammogram/screening schedule
Keep up with whatever screening interval your physician recommends. This guide supports that schedule; it doesn't replace it

Genetic counseling is worth discussing with your physician, given two close relatives with breast cancer

Maintenance: After Day 30

Once the first 30 days are complete, here's how the routine settles into a sustainable rhythm.
